The distance of the top to bottom of someone.

The amount or quantity of heaviness or mass; amount someone weighs.

Body mass index is a value derived from the mass and height of a person. It gives you an idea if you are underweight, normal weight, overweight, or obese.

It is used to describe the percentages of fat, bone, water, and muscle in human bodies. Because muscular tissue takes up less space in the body than fat tissue, body composition, as well as weight, determines leanness.

Body water is the total amount of fluid in a human body. The human body should consist of at least 50% of water.
Also known as ‘hidden’ fat, is fat stored deep inside the belly, wrapped around the organs, including the liver and intestines. It makes up about one tenth of all the fat stored in the body. Most fat is stored underneath the skin and is known as subcutaneous fat.
Bone density, or bone mineral density, is the amount of bone mineral in bone tissue.
Muscle mass is the amount of muscle in your body, including skeletal muscles, smooth muscles, and cardiac muscles. It can be measured as part of your total body composition.
